My Story: The Call of Cacao
My connection with the kitchen began in childhood, at my grandparents’ table.
They not only taught me to prepare food with love, but also to see cooking as an act of care—a daily ritual filled with memory and tenderness.
I can still feel the aroma of their kitchens, the warmth of the fire, the stillness of the countryside… where food tasted like home and words had flavor.
For many years, I trained as a chef and worked professionally in pastry, chocolate-making, and international cuisine.
But it was life itself that led me to discover the deeper power of food—its ability to heal.
A couple of years after getting married, my husband was diagnosed with heart disease.
The impact of that moment was a wake-up call.
We had to change everything.
We began a journey of transformation through food, one that not only improved his physical health—today he is fully recovered—but also awakened in us a new awareness.
At the same time, ceremonial cacao had entered my life.
It arrived just before Leo’s illness, as if it had come to prepare us.
It showed me that the heart is the main gateway to our true self.
It was a guide, a medicine, a home.
Cacao taught me to look within, to honor sweetness, and to open myself to healing from a deep place.
Thus, I began to study nutrition from a holistic perspective, integrating all my knowledge:
the kitchen as alchemy, cacao as teacher, fire as medicine, and life as ceremony.
Today, as a spiritual chef and holistic coach, I guide others in awakening their awareness through food—
to heal not only their bodies, but also their emotions, beliefs, and energy.
Because self-care that begins with food is one of the first acts of love we can give ourselves.
And because I truly believe that eating can also be a way to remember who you are.

Conscious cooking for retreats, ceremonies, and private gatherings
More than a catering service, what I offer is a living culinary experience, intentionally designed for spaces of healing, connection, and transformation.
As a chef, I have had the honor of organizing gatherings where pre-Hispanic cuisine has been the heart of the experience:
ancestral ingredients, ritual preparations, and foods that awaken deep memories in both body and soul.
In these spaces, food not only nourishes—it also remembers, honors, and awakens.
Each menu I create is aligned with the energy of the moment and the needs of the group.
HOLISTIC NUTRITION COACHING




I guide you on a journey back to yourself through food.
My approach as a holistic nutrition coach integrates body, mind, emotions, and energy. It’s not about following diets or imposing rules, but about remembering how to listen to yourself, how to nourish yourself consciously, and how to transform your relationship with food into a profound act of self-love.
I work with you in a personalized way, taking into account your story, your rhythms, your emotions, your roots, your biology, and your purpose.
From there, we design together a way of eating that supports and expands you.
Ideal for those who are in a process of healing, transition, reconnection, or spiritual awakening.

CACAO AND SACRED FIRE CEREMONIES


Food with intention. Created from lineage and deep listening.
Ceremonial cacao came into my life as medicine for the heart.
Since then, I have guided intimate and group gatherings where this sacred plant helps us open inner portals, heal memories, and reconnect with deep love.
Each ceremony is a space of pause and presence, where cacao becomes a guide, a mirror, and a source of support.
In some gatherings, I also integrate the Andean fire—a traditional ancestral practice of offering, transmutation, and connection with the elements—where we lift our intentions in communion with the earth and the sky.
Each ceremony is unique, woven with the purpose of the moment and the energy of the group.

I'm a chef. Cooking has been, since I was a child, a language of love and presence.
My grandmother, with her hands full of flour, wove warmth into each tortilla.
My grandfather, without titles, knew how to heal with just a touch.
I learned that the kitchen can be an altar, that food can be a ritual, and that love is also transmitted silently, through food.
