My Story: The Call of Cacao

My connection with cooking began as a child, at my grandparents' table.

They not only taught me to prepare food with love, but also to see food as an act of care, a daily ritual full of memory and tenderness.

I can still smell the aroma of their kitchens, the warmth of the hearth, the stillness of the countryside… where food tasted like home and words had flavor.

For many years I trained as a chef, and worked professionally in pastry, chocolate, and international cuisine.

But it was life itself that led me to discover the deepest power of food: its ability to heal.

A couple of years after I got married, my husband was diagnosed with coronary artery disease.

The impact of that moment was a calling.

We had to change everything.

We began a path of transformation through nutrition, which not only improved his physical health—today he's fully recovered—but also awakened a new consciousness in us.

At the same time, ceremonial cacao had come into my life.

He came in just before Leo got sick, as if he was coming to prepare us.

He showed me that the heart is the main portal of access to our true being.

He was a guide, he was medicine, he was home.

Cacao taught me to look inward, to honor sweetness, to open myself to healing from a deep place.

So I began to study nutrition from a holistic perspective, and to integrate all my knowledge:

cooking as alchemy, cocoa as a teacher, fire as medicine, and life as ceremony.

Today, as a spiritual chef and holistic coach, I help others awaken their consciousness through food.

To heal not only your body, but also your emotions, your beliefs, your energy.

Because self-care that comes from food is one of the first acts of love we can give ourselves.

And because I believe with all my heart that eating can also be a way to remember who you are.
